Instruction for Speakers

15 minutes will be allowed for the presentation of each contributed paper (35 minutes for the plenary lecture and 25 minutes for the keynote lecture), followed by a 5-minute discussion period. This rule will be enforced by session chairs to ensure that all presenters will have their allotted time and that no session ends late.

Computers and multi-media projectors will be available for the PowerPoint and Acrobat Reader presentations. Please have your presentation on a CD (compatibility with memory sticks is limited). Please copy your presentation to the conference computer not later than one day before the lecture. In order to ensure the compatibility with the conference equipment, it is indispensable to see the congress staff in the preview room. The Power Point version 2000 will be available on the conference computers. Usage of private laptops is not allowed.

The preview room is located on the third floor, room J, in the Feniks hotel. Overhead projectors will also be available for presentations on transparencies.
